This is a workaround solution when you forget your password. Don’t worry, and follow the steps below:

Forgot password is a function for already existing accounts ONLY! So, it is not dedicated to unconfirmed accounts. This function works for Log in, not for Sign up.

So, if you try to enter your password up to three times and it doesn’t work, try resetting it.

• Click on “Forgot your password”.
• A dialog window appears.

• Enter your connected email name into the Email text field.
• Click Reset password.
• A link will be sent to your connected email.
• Follow the link to restore the password.
• Enter the new password in the dialog window.
