Click Profile to enter your profile details.

Once you click the Profile, a dropdown appears:

Administration

Click Administration to manage users’ rights and access within your organization.

Click Edit Profile to navigate to the Profile Settings screen:

The Profile settings screen is divided into two parts: Profile and Change Password.

Profile avatar

In the Profile, you can upload or change your avatar. To do this, follow the steps below:

Click the Choose Avatar button.

  • Access to image files on your device.
  • Browse the necessary image file on your device.
  • Click the file you want to use as an avatar.
  • Click Open. Image upload starts immediately.
  • This uploaded file will be used as a new avatar.
  • Click “Update” to save changes.

Your avatar is updated.

Change password

If you wish to change your password, follow the steps below:

Go to the Change password pane.
Enter your current password in the text field “Current password”
Enter your new password in the field “New password”
Enter your new password again in the field “Confirm New password” to confirm your new password.
Click “Change password” to save changes.
Now, your password is updated.

WARNING: take a note to remember your password. Click on the eye icon to make your password visible, and take note of your password.

Remember: this option doesn’t work if you’re logged in with a Google account (you’ll see it blurred).

Log out

Just click Log out in the Profile dropdown to log out of your profile.

Don’t forget to save all your changes before logging out.

If you don’t wish to log out and still need to continue your work in the Workspace, click the tab Apps or Templates to exit the Profile Settings screen and return to Workspace.
